SecureAxes is a product of Shubhztechwork Private Limited ("we", "us"), which runs secureaxes.com and is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This policy covers this website and the free assessment call booked through it.
Contact form. Your name and email, so we know who wrote and can reply. Your company, so we understand your context. Your phone number, only if you choose to give it, so we can call you back. Your message, so we can answer it. We collect these only after you tick the consent box on the form.
Assessment bookings. Booking links open Calendly, which collects the name, email, and answers you enter there under its own privacy policy. We use them to schedule and run your call.
During the assessment. We record the notes you share about your systems and data flows so we can score your readiness and send you the report. The assessment does not connect to your systems.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Besides replying, we send one automated confirmation email when you submit the form, and we may follow up about SecureAxes. Tell us to stop at any time.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server. The only thing stored on your device is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage when you click the theme toggle. It never leaves your browser, and you can clear it from your browser settings. Because of this, the site does not show a cookie banner.
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, and confirmation emails are sent through Google. Bookings are handled by Calendly. These providers may store data on servers outside India. Access on our side is limited to the SecureAxes team.
Only as long as we need it to respond, run your assessment, and follow up. We delete it sooner if you ask.
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: just email us with the subject "Data request" at info@shubhztechwork.com and say what you would like. The same address handles grievances. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
SecureAxes is a business service and this site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
